Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, within 48 hours of placing your order.

Shipments to Italy have a cost that is shown during the purchasing process. It amounts to EUR 6.98 per shipment, regardless of the number and weight of items ordered, so our advice, if you want to make different orders, is to be carried out in a single purchasing.

 

We recommend that you make sure there is someone at the address who pick up the package and we would recommend you to enter a valid telephone number. Delivery is usually within 2/3 business days following the order, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If the courier does find none at the first attempt he will retry the next business day. You can see at any time the status of your shipment by entering the order number that will be provided.

 

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

Changes and / or recesses :

 

The exchange and / or recesses, can be made within 10 days from the date of delivery.

 

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all relations between: MilitaryChic Milano and its customers on the internet (hereinafter the "Client").

Before any transaction, the customer acknowledges having read them and expressly declares to accept them when they click the box "I accept"

 

 

1 . General conditions of sale

At the time of transmitting the order the customer acknowledges having read and understood the terms and conditions of sale on the screen (name, price, size, components, weight, quantity, color, special products, etc. . ) and hereby expressly accept them without reserves. The transmission of the order and its confirmation by the customer materialize his full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale, which are the only ones applicable to ordination.

 

 

2 . Order

The customer sends the order by clicking on the box "Cart" . The order is displayed in a list containing all the elements that the customer confirms by clicking on the box "I have read and accepted the terms and conditions of sale" in the menu bar. The automatic registration systems are considered to MilitaryChic Milano having the force of evidence of the nature, content and date of the order.

 

3 . Order Confirmation

MilitaryChic Milano gives the confirmation of the acceptance of order via e-mail to the customer. The sale will be considered concluded only from the time of order confirmation by MilitaryChic Milano. MilitaryChic Milano reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason, particularly in relation to the supply of products, a problem concerning the order received (e.g., unreadable document ), an order or an abnormal foreseeable problem regarding the delivery to be performed. MilitaryChic Milano will inform the Client in an appropriate manner. You will not be granted any new requests before we have been regularly paid all amounts due for previous orders.

 

 

4 . Images of the products

The photographs illustrating the products are provided as a guide. The differences between the photos and products can be only minimal and do not relate to the essential characteristics of the products. The color of the products in the online shop may be different from the color of the actual product especially as regard the layout and color scheme of the "mimetic ", because each product must be considered "unique" as to color scheme.

 

 

5 . Terms of payment

The ordered item/s will be provided once your payment verified.

 

 

6 . Privacy

All personal data are collected at the time of connection to our online store and will be used exclusively to fulfill your order. We will not sell, notify or rent your personal information to anyone.

 

 

7 . Warranty

The customer benefits from the legal guarantee for hidden defects of the products sold. All our products are designed and manufactured with the utmost care possible. However excluding any performance warranty if a defect or damage was caused by handling errors, poor maintenance or treatment contrary to our instructions for use such as, for example, those relating to washing instructions that are on the label on each item of clothing (bottom and top). The purchaser should refer to the instructions and warnings contained in these labels.

 

 

8 . Right to defer products and withdrawal period

In accordance with art. 5 DL 185/1999 and following of the Consumer Code (Italian Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 ), the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days, starting from the taking over of the goods to return, at his own expense, or to change any MilitaryChic Milano product, to send a registered mail with return receipt and providing within a period of 20 days from taking delivery of the goods to return the product MilitaryChic Milano, all at the following address:

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, MilitaryChic Milano is obliged to reimburse the sums paid to the customer, without shipping charges. MilitaryChic Milano will return the price paid by the consumer within 30 days of receiving notice of the withdrawal, and only once verified the perfect state of preservation of the products that will not have any sign of use. If the right to replace the product with another identical but different size is exercised, the cost of shipping the new sized product will be payed by MilitaryChic Milano.
